Sweet stuff

Loved the way you changed the emotion in the middle. VERY Hitchcock. The best part was where the gunshots hit (and missed) the snake-like blob. I have tons of sounds (realistic and cartoon) that you could grab. Just e-mail me. Peace and keep up the toons.

Actually, finding sound wasnt the problem...I was just too lazy to compile it all together =P

Silly me.

Great Movie?

This "movie" is great. What it's doing under the title of a game... we'll never know. But the effort that went into this is very aperant. Great job. Well directed. Great angles. I don't really like the CG stuff too much, but it's an easy way to get the desired effect, I guess. And what ever work, works, right?!
Lets review this movie fairly shall we. It's obviously not a zero, as that first dickhead would have us beleive. The only case where this would be a zero, is if you'r deaf, blind and dumb.
Keep it commin' brau.

Almost :(

I almost cried. Honestly. That was incredible. It broght many emotions on with many memories as well. Thank you for that.
Great work PE. Keep it up please.

It looked great.

But why don't you put your talent into something worth while (try your hardest to take that as a compliment). The flavour of the visuals is really slick. You just need to work on a point, and the movement.
Peace.

It just don't add up

I gave this a nine due to the fact that I loved it. But when I think about it, I don't know why. The sound was brilliant, but other than that the graphics were choppy, the pacing was a bit slow, and the idea was taken from an early 90's video game.
But for some reason I really really enjoyed it. Did you put subliminal messages in there or some shit?! Let me think about this for a sec... hmmm... okay... no. THAT's not it... hmmmmmmm...
I GOT IT! I finally know why I loved it. It's because this movie took a FUCK LOAD of effort to make. This artist TOOK THEIR TIME to make something! WOW!
It may not have the greatest graphics on a Flash movie ever, but the craft was extrodinary. Great work my friend. Never let a lack of patience get in the way of the final product. Who cares about how soon it gets uploaded to this site? Keep it up buddy.
Peace.

Is it true?

I don't know if this is really 2M +, but if it is... Why???
P.S. Mortal Kombat DID rule!

Keep it Kickin'

You're getting there, bud. This was pretty good. Good music (although I did think it need some more fx). But overall good sound. The walking penis kinda took everyone by surprise. A little tasteless, but good call on the shocker. And robbing a king of his 20th to 21st century wallet was HILLARIOUS! That was great. Keep it up.
Oh... And to Johnny-whatever... That REALLY looked nothing like Nosu, I gotta admit.

Good shit.

I liked your "Stick Slayer" series, but this one looks like it's going to be much better. Your use of flow and direction is a pleasure to watch. I bet you use storyboards (maybe I sould start :) cause the pacing works perfectly. Like that song you chose for the beginning as well. Over all this was a fine piece o flash. Keep it up, because we're waiting for part two.

Ben-Spurgin responds:

OK I'm going to tell you my secret. People always say that the music goes good with my movies. Well, actually, the MOVIE is going to the MUSIC. I hear music and scenes just start flashing through my head. To me, the music is the most important part of the animation. If you make your movie go with the music, your timing takes care of itself automatically! Trust me, try the Fantasia method. Storyboards not included!

Worth a look or two or...

I really enjoyed this. And the graveyard, cloning, speech is not hard to understand. The cat was good too. You're much too hard on your self. But I gotta say that the best thing about this was the sound. Quite well done. All of them fit together perfectly to make for a pretty creepy atmosphere. Good. Can't wait to see the other 11 "Lack of Motivion-Man". Peace.

Great Sub-Movie

Awesome spin off. Very original. I'd LOVE to see the entire map for that course. I couldn't even imagine the planing involved with this short. Sweet idea with the tiny character intro at the loader. And lets not forget about our good ol' friend CCR. Good job Azure. Keep it up.

AzureSt0ne responds:

Actually, there wasn't much planning. I just kinda drew a line, slid the map, drew another, slid, and so on and then added colors to it. The real pain in the ass was trying to get the damn truck to look like it was driving on it, instead of just floating around.

Truth. Justice. Peace.
